BAM were interested in exploring the effectiveness of the ITT process on one of their Academy programmes, involving both the client team and Academies themselves.
The key aspects of the ITT process were measured in the evaluation. These were identified as; brief development, design process, communication and stakeholder engagement, partnerships and aims and aspirations.
A mixed method approach was taken to the evaluation to obtain a full and holistic understanding incorporating desktop research and interviews, questionnaires, and workshops.
The findings were presented in a detailed report which also contained lessons learnt for both the design and client teams, and policy makers.
